Currently, in the role of Lean Agile Transformation Coach at Xebia. In this role I am engaged with one of the leading Banks in Egypt helping them in their Enterprise Agile Transformation journey.
As a SAFe certified trainer, I train corporate and public batches of SAFe classes and help them certify with SAFe and pursue Agility in their work and thinking.
Till recently served people at Société Générale helping them discover and sustain agility in their everyday work and interactions
Previously in the role of Transformation Leader in Agile and DevOps for a cluster of SBUs at HSBC .
Prior, with IBM for over 13 years. Last role being the Agile Delivery Head for Macy's, Atlanta, GA, USA.
Led and managed delivery of $23M+ global projects/programs involving 300+ people including those from client and multiple third party vendors
